I am currently exploring working with abstract shapes and colour, both in my painting and in prints. I have a deep love of colour and its power to affect us emotionally, in unspoken ways. In the paintings I am trying to develop an emotional intensity which, when it works, I find very exciting.

Overlapping shapes and colours produce surprising and often quite joyful results. I am looking forward to seeing how visitors respond.
