Working in ceramics as well as a range of other media, I have exhibited extensively in New Zealand and abroad for over 16 years since graduating from Elam School of Fine Arts with Honours.

Currently working in a purpose-built studio/gallery space in Hahei, Coromandel, I have lived and worked in Auckland, London in a Tannery Arts studio, and Florence Italy. My influences and references are broad and varied, and I work solo and collaboratively. My work always circles back to exploring the lush materiality of whatever media I use function of searching for works that express a universal language of optimism and joy - a re-occurring concern within my practice.
